April fools is a love song
I thought about poetry,
Didn’t seem so serious.
Wanted to do one of these tricks,
Didn’t seem hilarious.
I’ve felt things
And tried to push me up.
But hey, I’m not sad
Instead, I’m mad at myself
Cos of being so shy
And so loud at the same time.
I want to get down of this cloud
Before stopping myself from feeling fine.
I wish I could tell her,
Tell her stuff without laughing,
Laughing’s cool but it makes it a joke.
I want to love you after the morning clock
Because it’s not enough You to be in my dreams.
I’m in love more than it seems,
If love is a law, I want to break the rules.
I like you, despite April fools.
